OH Partners interview questions

The interview process was not too long. I applied for the position and progressed through 3-4 rounds fairly well, including a lengthy in-person at the office. Everything was great. But then when the offer came, it was not for the position I interviewed for, but something lower in seniority that I didn't apply for. When I tried negotiating to get it closer to what I was looking for, the offer was pulled off the table.

Overall fairly simple, 3 rounds of interviews (direct team members/account team, broader interview). Prepare to share writing samples if needed, as with a majority of PR firm interviews. They were respectful and straightforward during the process!
