Seamless three stage interviews with human resource manager, hiring manager and head of department. Efficient, with clear expectations and thoughtful questions. Interviewers were professional and supportive, making the process engaging, fair, and respectful.
Surface questions about CV, personality and work ethics. Didn't feel that interviewers were serious or interested in me, seemed disengaged during the 45-min interview session. Disappointing. Had done a thorough preparation in anticipation of questions during the interview but got the feeling that they were just going through motions.
