The recruiting process is very long. It took us 9 months to reach final interviews, with periods of 2 months without any sort of communications.
Most (98%, I would say) of the communications were via e-mail. Initially with the recruiter for the county (OC HR Svcs) and at the last stages of the process directly with the hiring manager.
Well planned interviews, 3 interviews with different levels of management, including one with your prospect team members and the director at the end.
1 video interview, which is really an assessment video. You arrive and they give you 3 questions that are video recorded. Then distributed to a hiring panel. They choose the pool of interviewers at the OC Animal Care.
Before the panel, there are a couple of questionnaires. You basically have to follow their instructions carefully. Do not copy and paste from resume. Elaborate your responses at this stage. Copying and pasting would disqualify you.
