Interview
I got a call from HR, they asked me to do an exam in their website. The exam contains 6 different steps, it had test questions, and also an obscure algorithm question which wasn't easy to solve for the given time. They are also recording everything on your computer during these exams, including full screen share, camera, mic, desktop voice. Last exam was a hard one which asked to describe a complex bank system in detail in only 5 minutes.

A simple HR online meeting. He/She asks questions about your previous projects and what do you expect from this company. Then a Java technical assegnment and lastly a meeting with a software developer in company.

Interview
I interviewed with human resources specialist. They asked me what technologies i am currently using ( They were developing Java and Android based appliations when i attended their interview). They wanted me to explain some of my projects and internship experiences which i wrote on my resume.
After that they asked general questions like how do you find our company, did you know our company very well etc.
In the end, they showed me their work enviroment.
