I had three rounds of interviews plus an assignment. Assistant Manager, Manager, Head of Marketing. The HR collected all my documents before hand and got back on the confirmation after months.

The process is straightforward, and the HR rep is very communicative throughout. I spoke to employees in a similar role to learn about the culture and systems in Nykaa to ssupport my profile.
