      I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Numerator

      Phone interview after filling out form and sending resume/cover letter: fine The problem lies in Numerator's insistence on this ridiculous videotaped math skills test they say is mandatory of all employees. This test is something I may have been able to handle many years ago when I was training to burn through questions quickly for college standardized exams. But now, doing this kind of test is an insult. How about discussing and reviewing a candidate's work product? publications? reputation in the field? I sort of lost respect for a place that would force the use of this test, thinking it provides any value. Stop being so lazy and dependent on "metrics," you amateurs.
