Nugget interview questions

The company reached me on Linkedin, it was a Saturday, they did presented the job title, quick note about the compensation, and the person, asked me for a slot on my agenda for the week which follows.. We had a chat, I thought that everything was okay, then, at the end he asked for another agenda, where the client and I was supposed to have quick chat. They canceled the meeting 5 minutes before, rescheduling for another day, in that day, the same happens, they did cancel on me 5 minutes before.. rescheduling again for next week. When the day comes, one more time they cancelled, with a note saying that, "they were not sure about my english skills" Very disrepectfull and nothing professional.

After applying online, no HR call no hiring manager call but you get an assessment with 5 sections 25 minutes each. Is this company for real? For a senior position, you expect the candidate to just fill out your assignment without any initial discussion. I know there are candidates who just want the job but my recommendation is that do not go for such companies who do not value you. A take-home assignment should only be accepted by the candidate after at least 2 interview rounds with the hiring team. I replied back to HR that I am not comfortable with committing my time if you are not ready to invest your time on candidates too.
