It was short but detailed. Starts at the time allotted. Internet communication was both okay. The company's expectation was shared with the interest of the applicant. The online test or assessment was quite hard as the applicant was never exposed to any type of test before. Overall, it was great :)

Too long and tedious to the point that it's almost pointless. I think they need to take a look on what they really want from an applicant. The process is so generic that it doesn't even give the applicant on the idea of what it's like working with them
