I applied online. I interviewed at Now Foods (Washington, DC) in Oct 2025
Interview
Heard back after a few weeks. Went through one round but didn't get the job. Was average interview process and interviewers were easygoing. I would recommend applying here again or networking to find someone who works at the company.
Phone interview then you’ll wait for a call back denial or next steps. Very base level questions. Save your questions about the actual department until you meet the department as the screener will not have a clue.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Now Foods (Bloomingdale, IL) in Sep 2024
Interview
I recently attended an interview for the position of Production Supervisor at the production facility in Bloomingdale, Illinois. Two members of the management team conducted the interview. One of them was polite, while the other seemed uninterested and clearly didn’t want to be there. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. Neither manager seemed skilled in conducting interviews, and there was no HR representative present to guide or lead the process. I’m puzzled by how some people reach these positions; I felt uncomfortable throughout the interview, as one of the managers appeared agitated and possibly dealing with withdrawal symptoms of some kind.
I had set aside time from my day to pursue a potential career with your company and to offer my talents. To endure such a poorly managed interview, where one interviewer seemed put out to even be there, was a sad display of leadership. The way this manager communicated through his body language was unsettling and anxiety-inducing, and I couldn’t wait for it to end. Unsurprisingly, I never heard back from them, but honestly, I don’t care. This experience left such a bad impression that I can confidently say I will never buy your products and will share my experience with others.
