Interview
Initially received an email requesting a phone interview. Phone interview was pretty straightforward and ended with a request to send transcripts to recruiter. Received email the next day asking for a interview with partner which consisted of excel/writing test and one-on-one interview. Test was relatively basic and lasted about an hour.
An initial phone screen followed by a scheduled 2-hour interview process (including two back-to-back interviews). The first round was with reporting managers gauging fit and experience. The second round was with a senior leader with slightly more formal questions.

Question 1
What's your approach when unforeseen events occur?
First interview was with a recruiter over a phone call and the next one was a final round one hour interview with a team on zoom. The senior on the team told me I had answers that they were looking for and that she wish she could give me an answer right now but had to figure out logistics with hr and higher up and to reach out if I don’t get an answer by the recruiter by the end of the week. When I reached out she never responded and ghosted me.

What’s is something about yourself that you’re currently working on ?
Phone-screening with recruiter, then followed up by an interview with manager/partner. Simple questions, nothing difficult. Expect the typical interview questions such as time management. Only one accounting type question regarding a journal entry.
