There were two interviews, one with human resources and one with the technical and sales team. The process was quite fast (7-10 days) and they were very accomodating. I felt very comfortable.

It was not easy to schedule this meeting, the scheduling person was clearly not doing their job. Bu then a typical first round interview, a lot of questions about NGS, about potential client interaction. Lasted 35 minutes, overall positive, but I got ghosted after it even though I was told that the decision will be forwarded to my within 3 working days.

There is a phone interview with HR followed by an interview with Technical Support Supervisors and then followed another interview with the Region Supervisor. The supervisors let you know if you are hired.
