I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Novo Group in Jul 2017
Interview
I was contacted by one of the main recruiters at this company for a position about a year ago on LinkedIn. It was for a big name client in Racine to help coordinate the recruiting process through their partnership with Novo. Being fresh out of my undergrad, I was intrigued. Well, the experience turned out to be highly disappointing. I had SIX INTERVIEWS for this position and it was ONLY TEMPORARY. That’s a lot to go through for one job, especially one only lasting six months. Novo promised big things, including the potential for a permanent job after the six months were over with the client. The interviewers had nothing but great and positive things to say about me, they even told me they had no negative feedback for me whatsoever. However, after an almost two month long process, they decided to pass on me for the person with more experience. I’m not mad that they made that decision because it is certainly one that I understand thoroughly, but I couldn’t believe they would say no after all the hoops I had to jump through for them, and for me to realize that they lead me on. It was clear that there was an extreme lack of communication and coordination between Novo and the client, because I had to ask for status updates constantly. I also think this is the reason they made me do so many interviews. They also mentioned after the fact that the client liked me so much they may just find a job for me, but I followed up on that lead numerous times with absolutely no response. This was an awful experience and I would never trust Novo to find me a job again after all of this.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Novo Group (Milwaukee, WI) in Jul 2016
Interview
I was contacted promptly by a human resource member. I completed numerous phone interviews regarding the position that were all very professional, however I think the company needs to rethink saying that this position is "entry-level" and that there was no experience required for certain parts. I say this because it did not appear to be true since I was not selected due to the lack of experience in that specific category...Very misleading job description. Not very pleased with the outcome.
