Interview
I applied to this job in May. Got a follow up email almost immediately. It took a week to set up the interview. The first one went really well! Then had a second interview with the CEO, Marlaina. She spoke over me the entire time. Overall was good, but they dragged their feet on giving me an answer for things like salary, benefits, and general information. Then, after three months, she offers me $18.50 an HOUR for an upper level project management position. I couldn’t believe it. She claims her ‘number 2’ makes only $30 an hour, no overtime. Absolutely ridiculous

Interview
I was contacted to interview after submitting my resume; I was asked to come in the following day which seemed a bit hurried/desperate. The principal offered me a position in-person, following the formal interview, and I accepted.

Interview
Interviewer was sweet but young and clearly inexperienced when it comes to interviewing, so it wasn't the most professional. There were a lot of red flags but I agreed to a second interview with the CEO just for practice/curiosity. It was deeply uncomfortable and unprofessional. Marlaina loudly ate her lunch during the interview and disclosed they weren't looking to pay much for the position. She's likely just how the other reviewers make her out to be, so I'd steer clear of this one. I withdrew my candidacy right after the interview because I couldn't bear to move forward with the process. A weird, unorganized and unprofessional company. Yikes!
