The Interview was with management and co-workers in a panel style. It was very standard. They asked questions and allowed me to ask questions also. Open dialogue. Explained what the job entailed and what would be expected. Days and hours required for the job were discussed as well.

Good interview. Communicated pros of the hospital and expectations. Still waiting to hear back but it hasn't been a week yet. Would recommend. Faculty was great. Nothing negative to say.
There was one phone interview with a third party hiring company, they asked simple general question along with situational questions then they scheduled an in person meeting with my manager. Very simple and easy process!
