I applied to several positions that I qualified for, online. The HR representative contacted me, asked me several easy preference questions, then offered to setup interviews for me. The first group that I interviewed with (a group of 4 from one unit) made me feel really comfortable and asked very valid questions pertaining to the acuity of the unit. One nurse manager from the unit called me hours after the interview and told me they had chosen me for the position. HR contacted me the very next day with an offer, we negotiated, I accepted the offer. I was extremely impressed.

Interview process was for a nurse residency the interview was actually quite simple asking about what I would do in certain situations and recalling how I responded in certain scenariors

Good interview. Communicated pros of the hospital and expectations. Still waiting to hear back but it hasn't been a week yet. Would recommend. Faculty was great. Nothing negative to say.
There was one phone interview with a third party hiring company, they asked simple general question along with situational questions then they scheduled an in person meeting with my manager. Very simple and easy process!
