NovAliX interview questions

I had 3 interviews. The first 2 were online. 1st with HR, 2nd with a manager. The 3rd interview was on-site. Got a schedule sent by the manager to plan the on-site interview, but the interview itself was rather chaotic. Teamleader was supposed to welcome me, not found. Suddely popped up out of nowhere.

I got contacted very quickly (2 working days after applying) but following 3 interviews by telephone, a site visit including one-to-one interview and presentation about my background to the team with very positive feedback, the function appeared to be all of a sudden suppressed. Moreover this was communicated by mail only upon gentle request from my side whether a decision had been taken.
