What are the issues likely to be and how would you manage them? How you would manage the roll-out of a new training course? What you understand by the term ‘professional standards’ and your approach to defining, standardising and managing professional standards amongst a training team. How would you ensure these standards are maintained, post course roll out? How you would ensure other ‘business as usual’ activities are still prioritised?"
