Norton Agency interview questions

I went to this agency 3 separate times. It was obvious that the first interview, they didn't schedule correctly so I met with an SAE rather than who I was supposed to meet. Then the next interview I came in and met with the Account Directors. The third I met with the partners. These were 30 min interviews and I had to take 3 days off at my current job. I waited for multiple months and I assumed I didn't get the job but I had no communication after missing all of that time.

A recruiter contacted me about an editor position. I interviewed with the owner and another manager and soon discovered that the position the recruiter described was quite different from what management actually had in mind. It soon became clear that they were looking for someone to take on the role of editor/writer/fact checker/project manager/process enforcer without providing commensurate pay. The manager was approachable enough, but I definitely got a bad vibe from the owner. Very unfriendly and defensive. I did not follow up after the interview.
