They had called me and asked me a few questions and then scheduled me to come in and continue the interview process in peson as well as give me a tour around where I would be working.

Phone interview with HR and then an in-person interview with the manger, EC, and four other staff nurses. Took turns asking me questions, allowed me to ask my own. Then shadowed on the unit for a little while

Easy application. Straightforward, quick, and easy process. Initial phone interview with recruiter and then video interview with managers on the unit. Had one prioritization question. Others were more personal and relate to why you want to go into nursing
