Interview
Overall, the interviewers were pleasant and professional. My interview focused almost entirely on technical questions, with very little discussion about my background, experience, or career goals. The laboratory is currently undergoing renovations, so it was understandably a bit messy during my visit. I appreciate the opportunity to interview and understand that the renovations are temporary.

Interview
Started with introductions of interviewers and interviewee. Brief intro about NMH and their labs. Moved to questions based on lab experience and science background. Interviewee was asked why they wish to join NMH and what they hope to gain/bring to NMH. Further questions related to working in a lab and troubleshooting scenarios.
