First I had a phone call inviting me in that included a brief HR phone interview. Then I had an in-person interview with an assistance principal who asked me general questions about my resume and experience, my philosophy, and other education-based questions. He called me back a few days later to invite me in for a panel interview with team and administrators. There were a lot of people on the panel, maybe 8, and they mostly asked standard philosophy and situational questions from a script they had been given ahead of time. They went around in a circle asking questions one by one. Everyone got to ask me 2 questions. I think that everyone gets the same questions in their panel interview, but I am not sure because I did not do any interviews while I worked there. Everyone was very friendly and they stuck to the questions on the paper until I asked my follow-up questions at the end.
