The interview was a long time after I'd applied for the role. I have relevant credentials but was applying from interstate and had not worked in remote communities before.
I never received any further contact from them after interviewing; I know people don't always have time to give you individual feedback but it's preferable to at least be told when you've been unsuccessful. When I got in contact their HR department advised me they hadn't made a decision yet and they would advise me once they had. They never got back to me.
There were three interviewers. I felt that one of them acted a bit dismissive towards me, as though they were trying to hurry the interview along. Whether this was intended or not, that threw me off quite a lot. From memory I was one of the latter people they interviewed and perhaps they'd already identified a frontrunner.
I wasn't particularly optimistic about my chances after what the interview was like.
