Northern Education Trust interview questions

Extremely boring and Standard interview process with very basic questions. Not much point in trying to elaborate on topics or explain your opinions, they just want the chosen position filling.

Asked to do complete a task in 20 minutes and have it sent back within time frame, 15 minutes later you have a 5 minute interview with 3 women who ask you to talk about yourself, was told within the document that if you pass the first two stages then you will receive an email notification for the final interview stage, didn’t end up receiving that email but also did not receive any feedback, I don’t think you can test someone’s abilities to be able to do a job with writing a letter of acknowledgment for a resignation and asking them about themselves.
