Interview
Talked to the manger who I knew, who recommended me to the Senior Manager, since this was my first job. Sat down in a conference room with the Senior Manager of the building and Maintenance Employee. They asked me a small slew of questions, mostly about why I wanted to work in a church and my religious beliefs. Got the job the same day after the interview was over and the two had me step out to discuss if I was a good fit.
