North Star Imaging interview questions

There was no phone screen prior to this interview, just straight into 1:1. The first part of the interview was with HR. She came in wearing flip-flops which was unexpected. She was extremely friendly and asked all the basic questions HR would ask. Afterwards was with two senior supply chain managers. The first was very nice and seemed like a really great guy. The second was the first's manager, was a little older and seemed like he was maybe in a less then great mood. The hiring manager had my resume fully reviewed and marked up with high lighted segments and sidebar notes written. That showed me that he was really interested and actually reviewed my resume as opposed to some other interviews where they've barely looked at it let along read it. NSI really seems like a terrific place to work.

Not so technical. They just chat with you about your experiences and try to understand any project you've worked on and the technical details behind it. I met with three Software Devs from the department. Not intimidating at all, super friendly overall. You get a tour of the building first and get to meet various people working there.
