I was applying for Process engineer role in Developments which is led by TOTAL. A bit of background to NCOC, it is a JV between 7 partner companies. Subsurface team is led by Exxon, Development by TOTAL, Project execution by ENI, and Operations by Shell. The interview was very technical focus. They went through my CV from reverse chronology, asking me to explain in details what I did in those roles. They asked for work examples, what tools did I use, what inputs did I use, what were the results etc.
