It was a 1 on 1 interview with the supervisor I would be working under. There were a set of standard questions used in HR rounds but he made them specific to my resume. There were around 20 questions asked. There were 2-3 referrals asked which were contacted but i was given a preliminary offer even before the referral.

One on one interview with a ITRE member. Very standard interview questions like: tell me about yourself. Was friendly and took notes of what you said on your resume. Overall a relaxed and conversational tone to the interview.

The interview process was very easy. I was interviewed by a panel of department members. While they did ask some standard questions, the overall interview flowed more like a conversation about what they are doing, what they want, and what skills I have.
