I interviewed with the ops manager. He held many hats at that time. He helped managed the engineering group in addition to some research and development work and assisted with manufacturing.

Had to talk to a trillion people! Very long process. Seemed very rushed and unprofessional. Clearly, some of the people didn't block off my interview time because they didn't even know they had to interview me.
