Interview
Very Slow, Communication was really poor with the Recruitment team. This application has been open since 25th Feb. The first impression count, unfortunately, showed the communication level in an organization is really bad. I have chased the recruitment team number of weeks via call, email and no answer. 4 Weeks later I get a response the role has been changed due to Salary. If I was kept in communication then this would not be so bad, with no communication means they ignoring me. Really poor all around.
Communication is Key to all companies even more when COV-19 is happening, recruitment team has lacked this and happy to provide evidence as I know internal Exec would not be happy with it at all. This not show future potential client or employee this company is not run well.
