I applied through Careerbuilder website, then a couple of days after I received a call from Mariya, and then I was invited to an interview. When I arrived to the location the personnel was very friendly and I directly felt comfortable. I filled a form then i took an interview with the COO of the company. At the beginning, they don't give you details about the job description. At the second interview, they give you detailed information about the company, the position (door to door seller) and they insist on the fact that they don't need people with experience as they are going to train you.
Office hours: 11.30-20.30 from Mon to Fri and on Sat. from 10.00-13.00
Compensation:
Entry level: 2-4 weeks/ $200-$400 per week
Leadership & Corporate Trainer: 9-12 months/ $500-$900 per week
Assistant Manager: 4-8 months/ $1200-$1600 per week + double commission
Manager/ Business owner: 6 figures salary.
