Interview
The interview process was straight forward. It was relatively easy, and the process was detailed in an email that was sent out by the interview team. There was a short assessment, mock coaching session, and a Zoom interview.

There was a mock coaching session that I was asked to respond to via texting format.
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
