The video needs to be uploaded at the completion of the timed test, you can’t exit out of the screen. Motivational Interviewing techniques are critical - you do not tell the client what to do.

Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
