I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Noom in Nov 2019
Interview
It's a fairly quick process. I filled out an application on their website and attached my resume/cover letter, later that same day they sent an email asking me to take a timed 25 minute test of various scenarios with possible clients and how I would respond, it was all typed out plus a 1 minute video of why I thought I was a fit for the position. I filled that out the following day on a Thursday, and heard back from a recruiter on the following Monday saying they wanted to move things forward and asked to schedule a mock session with a client named Sam. If you are really good with motivational interviewing, then you won't have a problem engaging with Sam and how to help gain insight into her wanting to lose 50 lb in 3 months. I could have done better. I got an email today (2 days later) stating they had chosen another candidate for the position and that I could reapply in 6 months. Overall the experience was positive and well explained for each step of the way. I would have really liked to gotten the position but it's just not meant for me and it wasn't personal. Best of luck who proceeds with the process!

Mock Coaching with a pretend client named Sam who wants to lose 50 lb in 3 months and doesn't want to try anything.
The interview process was straight forward. It was approximately three steps to the process. I had a virtual interview. Then, I was asked to complete an assessment and finally a mock coaching session.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Noom (Columbia, SC) in Oct 2021
Interview
Overall the interview process was fairly reasonable. The hardest part was the case study where we had to pretend to coach a difficult client. I didn't find the overall process to be too intense.
Instructions were clear and communication was great during interview process. Four step process that is explained in all of the other reviews. I had a pleasant interview experience and felt everything was fair. They accept to a waitlist, which I thought would be no more than 3 months. However, I have been on a waitlist for about 9 months so far. Pretty frustrating.
