I applied online. A few days later, I received an email asking to complete next step. The next step was filling out 4 times questions about potential client coaching situations and submitting a 1 minute video on why I would be a good coach. I received an email a few days later about scheduling a mock coaching session interview. That process was about 45 minutes long. I then received an email about scheduling the final interview which was a Zoom call interview. That call lasted about 30 minutes. I received a preliminary offer very shortly after the call. The process was very seamless, and not difficult at all. I received an email stating all positions were filled already even though I responded in just a few hours after receiving the preliminary offer. I'm hoping to hear from them soon about available positions.
