I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Noom (Charlotte, NC) in Dec 2018
Interview
I had to submit interview questions, have an online interview in which I was not asked questions, a mock coaching session, and then a 30 minute interview. Mind you I have an advanced degree in the field and experience. After all if that I received a message saying they were moving on with another candidate and due to time constraints they cannot provide feedback. I should have paid closer attention to the reviews. They were accurate. I would not apply. There is no clue on what they are looking for. The company may be a scam. All of the interviews were not in professional settings, they were all dressed down (not cleaned up at all), and there was no real questions asked.
After submitting a self-recorded video introducing yourself, if accepted, you are invited to a video interview. The conversation explores your background, education and experience, as well as goals for your career. It was relaxed but professional.

Question 1
Why do you feel you'd be a good fit for this position?
A few rounds of interviews with leadership and then presented with a case study for a theoretical user of Noom of how to assist them through menu selection at a popular restaurant chain.
Interview process included a mock interview (digital) and a virtual 1:1 meeting with a Heath Coach. My 1:1 meeting ended up being a phone call rather than a virtual meeting.
