I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Noom in Nov 2018
Interview
The interview process started off by the team sending me coaching tips and what my mock client ate over one day. We started with a 10 minute video interview, and then went into a one-hour mock coaching chat over Google docs. The mock student never asked me one questions. As as a "Coach" needed to have questions prepared to lead an hour-long conversation. However, this was never stated in any email and I felt fully unprepared for this interview. I know health and fitness like the back of my hand and I am extremely kind and easy to chat with, and I did not get the job based on the lack of preparation on Noom's end. Highly disappointing. So, for anyone preparing, YOU need to have the questions and plan READY to go before your interview. Your interviewers will NOT lead the interview one bit. You have to take the reigns and expect responses like "ok" and "thanks" from the mock client/interviews.
Lengthy wait time from interview to hire date, amounting to a sudden request to start earlier than stated. Proved to be similar experience after actually working there - mixed information, indecision and often back peddling.

Interview
Interview in a multi-step process and was placed on a waitlist 2 years ago. I found the process to be a waste of time and energy. Congratulations were give, never a job
Very easy . Just a video of a mock coaching session, an interview with a coach, followed by a practice coaching session, and then another interview with I think the hiring manager.
