Interview
The first round of interviews has occurred after I sent my candidature and consisted of a remote video call with HR where she asked general questions, introduced Nomads and discussed practicalities.
The second round of interview was with a Service designer and the CEO and was more focused on understanding my mindset, approach and way of thinking.

It was well organised and very respectful.
There was a series of interviews with different members of the management team.
All members had unique questions so it was clear there were no overlap.

They asked outright if I was willing to build an Agency with them as part of the team.
There were also a number of questions aimed at establishing if we were a good cultural fit.
Importance was definitely placed on honesty and making sure that our values were aligned from the start.
