Applied directly through a LinkedIn job posting. Three weeks passed from the application to the first phone screening, and two weeks from the phone call to an in person interview. About 3.5 hours and went through 3 panels with HR, Engineering, Operations as well as a 1-on-1 with the hiring manager. S.T.A.R. constructed questions designed to determine my personality and work experience results. Interviewers were not intimidating, but asked thought provoking questions.

Interview
The interview process was not hard, but not easy. The interviewer was personable, but some of the questions were difficult. I could tell by some of the questions that they are picky in whom they hire, so definitely prepare and do well in the interview. I could tell that the company and interviewer valued personality and charisma, so be nice and enthusiastic when communicating with them.
