I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group (Grand Rapids, MI) in Feb 2017
Interview
I met a recruiter and had a phone interview a week later. It was about 20 minutes in length and the questions were very basic and surface level such as what do I like to do for fun and what skills or attributes do I possess to contribute to the company. After the interview I was invited to do an in person interview at the office. I talked to someone at the office with more basic and behavioral types of questions before then taking 45 minutes shadowing someone in the position that I was interviewing for.

In a few days I went to their Chicago office for a on-site interview. After talking to the office manager I was asked to shadow a senior specialist for half an hour.
Two days later I received a phone call from HR and had a 5-minute interview with him.
A week later I received the offer.
