I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group (Grand Rapids, MI) in Apr 2016
Interview
I had a phone interview then went to the office for a one on one interview. The interview in person was very brief, they asked me 2 questions then wanted me to drive the interview. Very casual atmosphere although it was slightly an odd interview with two of them. I expected it to be much longer and more in-depth.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group in Mar 2016

In person interview ---Met with two managers & shadowed a senior broker
Second in person interview ---Met with another head manager & shadowed a different broker
I followed up with everyone I met after each step.... Got the rejection email 4:00 p.m. Friday.
Fun company to work for. You have to be driven for the job. I plan on reapplying
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nolan Transportation Group (Charleston, SC) in Apr 2015
Interview
There is first a phone interview and then 2 in-person interviews. All of the questions were straightforward and typical of an interview. What motivates you? How do you deal with rejection (they made it clear you will be cold calling a lot)? Why do you want to work for Nolan Transportation Group?
