Nolan is a very fun atmosphere. They have music playing in the background, so if you get distracted easily, it is not the job for you and they will even tell you that. You will have a phone interview/screening and then come in for a person-to-person interview and then shadow someone for the role you are applying for. Be sure to ask a lot of questions.

I was contacted by a recruiter, then a recruiter directly from NTG prior to setting me up with a zoom call with the GM. The recruiter calls were very informative and both encouraged me to reach out if I ever had questions. 45 minute zoom interview with the GM where I was told I would be offered a position!

Interview
There were 3 interviews. The first was to talk about the position and see if it was a good fit for you. The second was more focused on how you would do in the position to see if you are a good fit for the role. The next interview is a group interview in which you get to know more in depth about the company, the position, and the management for that team. It was a very upbeat process and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
