Interview
I was recommended by a friend who was already working for the company. When I received the call to come in for the interview I was in the process of giving my two week notice at my old job. When I was interviewed by the owner, he was very specific about the job details and made absolutely sure I understood. The interviewed lasted about 20 minutes and i was hired on the spot. The very next day i began working and it was an amazing experience. I had knowledge and experience in the field already but coming in with a positive mind only made the experience working with my first client here easier.

Fax Application, called for interview, interview lasted five minutes, invited back to do orientation, hired. Two day process, first orientation, then training in restraining people with special needs. Thats it, thats all.
