Apply, take a short test about personal attributes, conduct a video interview with two questions. Very simple stuff as long as you research the company and the car market.
Sunderland - Completed application form, tests, and a 2 minute video interview. I regularly emailed to get an update on my application and was told it was still being reviewed, then eventually got a reply saying the position had already been filled, despite asking for updates.

I applied online for the graduate finance role. I then completed the online assessment which is pretty straightforward, ranking a set of 36 characteristics on different levels from most important to least important. After passing that stage, I had the video interview to complete
