I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at NinjaOne (San Francisco, CA)
Interview
Got a call and was then told to come in. They were very unprofessional. I never heard back from them again. It is really bad etiquette to have somebody come in for a face to face interview and then not even respond to a follow up email. Even if I didn't get the job, some type of response would have been appropriate. Glad I dodged this bullet.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NinjaOne (Austin, TX) in Aug 2025
Interview
1st interview - short phone screening (20-30 mins) with internal recruiter
2nd interview - Final interview on campus. 30 mins for a presentation and 30 for a mock call experience. Doesn't actually take that long, just how its chunked out.
Man! This was truly enjoyable. They honestly filter out all the rubbish, it’s a judgement free zone here. Mikey made sure I was constantly in the loop, provided extra resources and even constant feedback. Pablo, Vinesh and Mj were all super lovely to meet, easy to deal with, humble and most importantly, respectful. Feedback from them was always generous and they were extremely transparent! This was by far my Favourite interview process!
