Quite standard until they ask you to do a take-home assessment with the expectation of a complete production-garde fullstack project. You could assess the same things with a 2h interview instead of requiring a full week of work from candidates. The most ridiculous of that kind I have seen so far. And it's definitely not the compensation package that's gonna give you any extra motivation.
