I applied online. They solicited a backdoor reference from my job at the time, letting my employer know I was looking and it made my job go downhill.
This is even after I marked on the application not to contact them.
Phone calling me asking basic information about me like why did you quit from your last time job, are you married? Why are you not married? Do you have a boyfriend? can you use computer? do you have experience? etc.
