I did two rounds of interviews -- first round with one editor in New York and then with that same editor along with a team of editors in Tokyo. Turnaround was pretty fast.

They were both pretty substantive interviews, as most journalism jobs are, I imagine. I was asked to pitch stories, talk about how I'd report them; discuss stories I was following; stories by other publications I thought I would have done differently, etc.
