NightOut interview questions

The initial contract posting wasn't even what they were looking for, I had no idea what they were actually doing. They were 15 min late to the interview, when they finally did show up it was another few min trying to get their mics working. Couldn't find my Resume, then asked me two questions. One of them being a vague API (What is the name of xyz in built function for this system). Continued on, couldn't understand the person speaking then was blown off when they asked me if I've worked specifically with debugging a specific application. If they think debugging is difficult to the point where they blow off a candidate then they most likely are not a good team to work with.
