I applied online. I had interviews with hiring manager, multiple designers, product manager, director etc. There was a take-home assignment that took me days to complete and a whiteboard design challenge in an interview with a designer. One of them's attitude was not great and I got offended. The process was too long and it took a lot of my effort.
