I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Niagara Bottling (Diamond Bar, CA) in Dec 2019
Interview
Extremely lengthy and cumbersome. This company acts like they are appointing a Supreme Court Judge. It all starts with 2 phone screenings. Then, they have the "candidates" physically interview with at least 10 people; panel, back to back interviews that can be 3-4 hours total. The questions are typically all the same from each person; many of the interviewers come into the interview unprepared and ask 2 questions and chat. Others arrive very late and have little to no time to even properly interview you. Even worse, some people either don't show up to the interview or will actually phone in when a candidate is physically at the headquarters. A candidate who is invited back for 2nd physical interviews (basically a repeat of the 1st physical session but with different people) are still not any closer to receiving an offer; they do this with everyone they have "interest" in. If you get invited back for a 3rd physical interview with a VP then you "might" get an offer. The entire process took 2 - 1/2 months. They are letting very good talent find other opportunities in the time they take to process candidates. There are other good companies out there that have their "act together with recruitment and hiring. Save yourself the aggravation and look elsewhere or "stick and move" if you interview here.
